Attributions
Credits and licence details for the artwork used in Fetchply, including the chat launcher icons you can choose on the Widget Appearance page.
Some of the artwork in Fetchply was made by other designers and shared under a licence that asks for credit. This page is that credit. Nothing here needs any action from you.
Chat launcher icons
Several of the icons in the Launcher Icon picker on Widget → Appearance → Brand are based on chatbot icons from the Noun Project, shared under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 licence (CC BY 3.0). The same set appears during guided setup and in the Fetchply app for Shopify.
The originals have been modified: they are recoloured to follow your accent colour, trimmed so they read clearly inside a small round button, and small decorations such as antennas were removed.
With thanks to their creators:

You do not need to add this credit yourself
Fetchply gives the required credit for these icons here, on this page. Choosing one for your widget does not add any obligation to your own site.
Other names and logos
Logos and brand names for the services you can connect to Fetchply — such as Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, WhatsApp, Instagram, Slack, and Google Sheets — belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify the integration.
Questions
Why does an icon look different from the original?
Launcher icons have to work as a small button on any website, so the artwork is simplified for that size and set to a single colour. The licence allows these changes, and the credit above still applies.
Why is an icon not the colour I expected?
Built-in launcher icons follow the accent colour on the Brand tab rather than the colours of the original artwork, so changing the accent colour changes the icon. An image you upload yourself keeps its own colours. See Customize the widget.
Can I use my own icon instead?
Yes. Upload a custom launcher icon on the Brand tab. Use only images you have the right to use, and check whether the creator asks for credit somewhere on your own site.
