What Fetchply Does
Fetchply trains an AI assistant on your content — website pages, uploaded documents, and questions and answers you provide. You then add it to your website as a chat bubble. Visitors ask questions and get answers based on your actual content.
The Full Workflow
Sign up
Create an account at fetchply.com/signup with your email address or Google account. Email signups receive a one-time verification code.
Create your first agent
During onboarding, paste your website URL. Fetchply creates your agent and starts training it on your site automatically.
Wait for training
Fetchply reads your site, breaks the content into manageable pieces, and prepares it so your agent can find answers quickly. You can watch the progress from your dashboard.
Test and customize
Use Test Chat to try out your agent. Adjust its personality, welcome message, and suggested questions from the Widget Customizer.
Go live
Copy the embed code from Dashboard → Agent → Embed and add it to your website. The chat bubble appears automatically and won't affect your site's design.
