Support Tickets — Free AI Chatbot Creates Tickets From Chats

What Tickets Are

Tickets are support requests that your agent can create from conversations. When a visitor asks something that needs follow-up, your agent can turn that conversation into a ticket so your team can address it.

For example, if a visitor asks about a refund and provides their order number, your agent can create a ticket with those details so your support team follows up.

Viewing Tickets

From Dashboard → Agent → Tickets, you can see all tickets for that agent:

  • Filter by status (open, closed, or all)
  • Search through ticket titles and descriptions
  • View details — click any ticket to see the full information including who created it, when, and from where

Managing Tickets

When you open a ticket, you'll see:

  • Ticket description — what the issue is about
  • Creator info — name, email, and location of the person
  • Source — which channel the ticket came from
  • Timestamps — when the ticket was created and last updated

You can change the status of a ticket from open to closed when the issue is resolved.

Tickets are available on all plans. The tickets list is per-agent — each agent has its own set of tickets.
