Troubleshooting Fetchply

Diagnose account, training, widget, inbox, integration, function, webhook, billing, and notification problems.

Start with the selected agent, the exact customer surface, the time of the failure, and the visible status. A dashboard test can pass while a site or channel connection is broken.

Billing and quotas

Check the current plan, renewal source, message multiplier, storage usage, add-ons, and whether billing is managed directly or through Shopify. Do not purchase again while verification is still pending.

Email and notifications

Confirm the account email, alert toggle or summary schedule, spam folder, event occurrence, and quota state. Slack notifications also require the app to be invited to the selected channel.

Reaching us through the contact form

The contact page confirms your message only after it has actually been sent. If you see a notice that the message could not be sent, nothing was delivered: wait a moment and submit again, or email support directly with the same details. Choosing a subject helps route your message, and the subject you pick is included with what you write.

If the form highlights a field instead, correct it and resubmit. A name needs at least two characters, the email address must be complete, and the message cannot be empty. Submitting within the first few seconds after the page loads is treated as automated traffic, so take a moment before sending.

When contacting support, include the agent ID, time and timezone, affected surface, visible error, and safe reproduction steps. Never include passwords, tokens, API keys, or raw customer secrets.
