Resetting Your Password
If you forgot your password and can't sign in:
Click "Forgot password?"
Find the link below the sign-in form. You'll be taken to the password reset page.
Enter your email
Type the email address you used to create your Fetchply account.
Check your email
You'll receive a message with a link to reset your password. Click the link within the time window mentioned in the email.
Choose a new password
Enter a new password (minimum 10 characters) and confirm it. You'll then be signed in with your new password.
Tips
- If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder
- The reset link expires after a short time — if it doesn't work, request a new one
- If you signed up with Google, you don't have a password — just sign in with Google instead
