Partner program
Resell Fetchply AI agents to your own customers under your brand, with your pricing, from a dedicated partner dashboard.
The partner program lets agencies and resellers offer Fetchply AI agents to their own customers under their own brand. As a partner you get a dedicated dashboard at Partners where you create and manage customer accounts, decide how much capacity each customer gets, and put your own brand on the chat widgets your customers publish. Use Back to main dashboard at the bottom of the partner menu whenever you want to return to your regular Fetchply agents.
Customers who already signed up can also be brought into your program without creating another account. Follow Adding a customer who already has a Fetchply account to check eligibility, assign capacity, and add them immediately.
You set your own prices and bill your customers directly. Fetchply invoices you separately for the total capacity assigned to your partner account; your customers never see Fetchply pricing or receive a Fetchply invoice.
How it works
Apply
Sign in to your Fetchply account and open Agency program from the account
menu in your dashboard sidebar. Tell us your company name, website, support email, and a little
about your business. You can also add a phone number, your country, and the
monthly volume you expect to need; these are optional, but they help us review
your application faster and size your capacity right from the start. Every
application is reviewed manually. You can enter your website as
youragency.com or with https://; Fetchply safely completes a bare address
for you.
Get approved
We email you once your application is reviewed. On approval your partner account is assigned three capacity pools: messages per month, AI agents, and training data. These pools are the total you can hand out across all of your customer accounts.
Create customer accounts
From Partners → Users, add a customer with their email address and the share of your pools they should get. They receive an invitation email and sign in to the regular Fetchply dashboard with all the usual features. Their plan shows as managed by you, and they cannot buy or cancel anything from Fetchply.
Brand the widget
Under Partners → Branding, upload your Brand logo. It replaces the Fetchply logo on Shopify storefronts. On other websites, the footer uses your brand name in the Powered by text instead, so visitors see your brand instead of ours on either platform.
On Shopify, the logo appears at 24×24 pixels, so a square icon reads best. Upload a PNG, JPG, or WebP file up to 256 KB. Brand name is shown as text on non-Shopify websites and announced by screen readers for the Shopify logo; it defaults to your company name. Brand link is the page the credit opens when a visitor selects it. Both are optional.
Until you upload a logo, your customers' Shopify widgets keep the Fetchply logo and link. A brand name on its own cannot replace that Shopify logo because the footer only has room for a small icon. Non-Shopify widgets can use the brand name without a logo.
What your customers experience
- They log in to the normal Fetchply dashboard with their own email and password, and can use every feature their capacity allows.
- Their billing page shows the limits you assigned and says the account is managed by their provider. There are no upgrade buttons, prices, or payment forms.
- When they run low on messages, they need to ask you for more capacity; Fetchply does not email them upgrade offers.
Monthly usage
Each customer's message count resets monthly on the anniversary of when you created their account. Message, agent, and training limits apply per customer: one customer using up their share never affects another customer's allowance.
If a customer also pays for a plan on their own, such as a Shopify store plan, the capacity you assign is added on top of what they already have instead of replacing it, and anything they buy later is kept. See Managing customer accounts for how the two add up and which is used first.
Troubleshooting
Agency program shows a loading screen
Selecting Agency program opens a short loading screen while we confirm your partner access, then takes you to your partner dashboard, or to the application page if you have not applied yet. On a slow connection this can take a few seconds. You do not need to select the link again.
The partner area says it could not finish loading
This means your partner access could not be confirmed just then, usually a temporary connection problem. Select Try again. If it keeps happening, select Back to dashboard, sign out and back in, then open Agency program again. Your customers, their agents, and your branding are unaffected while this is happening. Contact support if it persists.
My application is still pending
Applications are reviewed manually, so approval is not instant. You will get an email once a decision is made. The /partners page shows your current application status at any time.
My application was not approved
You can update your details and re-apply from the same page. If you believe this was a mistake, contact support.
My partner account is suspended
While suspended, your customers keep their accounts but their assigned limits stop applying, and you cannot make changes from the partner dashboard. Contact support to resolve the suspension; everything resumes automatically once your account is reactivated.
I cannot assign more capacity
You can never hand out more than the pools assigned to your partner account. The dashboard shows how much of each pool is still unassigned. If you need bigger pools, contact us to adjust your partner agreement.
My logo will not upload
Two limits apply. The file must be a PNG, JPG, or WebP image, and it must be 256 KB or smaller. Anything else is refused with a short message under the upload button and nothing is saved, so you can pick another file and try again. If the upload fails part-way, no change is made to your branding; select Upload logo again.
My customers' widgets still show the Fetchply logo
On Shopify, setting a brand name is not enough on its own. Shopify limits this footer to a small icon, so there is no room for a name and the Fetchply logo stays until you upload yours. Upload one under Partners → Branding, select Save branding, and it appears on your customers' Shopify widgets. Their widgets on other websites use your saved brand name as text.
If your customers are on a plan that includes hiding the badge, they can also switch the footer off entirely from their own agent settings.
I uploaded a logo but the old one still shows
Select Save branding after uploading. The upload only prepares the image; saving is what applies it. Visitors already on a page keep the previous footer until they reload, and it can take a few minutes for the change to reach everyone.
My logo looks cropped or blurry
Shopify storefronts show the logo at 24×24 pixels. Wide logos with wording in them lose detail at that size, so use the square icon version of your brand mark instead of your full logo, and leave a little padding inside the image.
I want my logo removed from my customers' widgets
Select Remove under the logo, then Save branding. Their widgets go back to Fetchply branding: a logo on Shopify and a text credit on other websites. Your brand name and link stay saved, so you can upload a new logo whenever you are ready.
