Audit log
Review who did what across your workspace, filter and search the history, and export it as a CSV file.
The audit log keeps a record of important actions in your workspace: creating, updating, retraining, or deleting agents, connecting or disconnecting channels like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Slack, team and role changes, custom action edits, and webhook changes. Each entry shows who did it, what was affected, and when.
Open it from Audit log in the dashboard sidebar. The audit log requires the Starter plan or above. On the Free plan the page shows an upgrade prompt instead of the history.
Read an entry
Each row shows the action, the person who performed it, the affected item, a short detail summary, and how long ago it happened. Hover over the time to see the exact date and time. Click any row to open a panel with the full record, including the actor's name, email, and IP address, plus the affected item and every recorded detail.
Filter and search
- Target type — narrow the list to agents, team, roles, webhooks, or admin actions.
- Action group — show only one kind of action, such as team changes or integration connections.
- Date range — the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or all retained history.
- Search — matches names, email addresses, affected item names, and IP addresses. Special characters like
%and_are matched literally.
Filters combine, so you can answer questions like "who changed roles last week". If no entries match, use Clear filters to reset the view.
Export to CSV
Select Export to download the current view (including any filters) as a CSV file that opens in Excel or Google Sheets. An export contains up to 10,000 of the most recent matching entries.
What you can see
You see the actions you performed yourself, plus actions anyone else performed on agents you own. Team members do not see the owner's full history; they see their own actions.
Retention
Audit entries are kept for 90 days. Older entries are removed automatically. If you need a longer history, export the log regularly.
Troubleshooting
The page shows an upgrade prompt. The audit log is available on the Starter plan and above. Upgrade from the pricing page to unlock it.
An action is missing. Only the action types listed above are recorded. Entries older than 90 days have been removed. Check that no filter or search term is hiding the entry, and clear filters to see everything.
The list shows "Couldn't load audit entries." A temporary connection problem stopped the page from loading. Select Try again; your entries are not affected.
The export downloads fewer rows than expected. Exports respect the filters that were active when you selected Export, and cap at 10,000 entries. Narrow the date range and export in batches for larger histories.
