Invite team members to manage your free AI chatbot together. Assign roles, control per-agent access, and track changes with audit logs. Free for solo use, paid for teams.

Team Features

Fetchply supports organizations with:

  • Email invitations — invite teammates by email with a chosen role
  • Built-in roles — Admin, Editor, Viewer, Support Agent
  • Custom roles — combine only the permissions your team needs (Pro+)
  • Per-agent access — control which agents each team member can access
  • Audit log — track all actions by team members (Starter+)

Organizations

  • You can create and belong to up to 3 organizations
  • Each organization has its own agents, billing, and team
  • Switch between organizations from the team switcher in the dashboard

Getting Started

From Dashboard → Team:

  1. Create an organization if you haven't already
  2. Invite members by email and assign a role
  3. Manage access — control which agents each member can see and edit

Invitations expire after 7 days. If an invite expires, resend it from the Team page — you don't need to create a new organization.
