Managing Your Plan
From Dashboard → Billing, you can:
- See your current plan and subscription status
- View your message usage (how many you've used out of your monthly allowance)
- View training data usage across all your agents
- Purchase add-ons for more messages or training capacity
- Upgrade or change your plan
- See a side-by-side plan comparison to pick the right tier
There's also a Usage page (Dashboard → Usage) that shows a detailed breakdown of your consumption.
Shopify-Billed Accounts
If you signed up through the Shopify App Store, your billing is handled through Shopify. Your billing page will show:
- A Connected Stores section listing your Shopify-billed agents
- Each store has its own billing managed through Shopify
- Add-ons like message packs and training capacity can be purchased per store
- Plan changes are managed in your Shopify admin, not through Fetchply
How Messages Are Counted
Annual vs. Monthly Billing
Annual plans are available and save you about 2 months compared to paying monthly.
Payment Processing
Payments are handled securely through industry-standard payment processors. Monthly and annual billing cycles are supported. Your subscription renews automatically.
Feature access is based on your plan. If you downgrade, you keep access to your existing data but can't use features that are only available on higher plans.
