Annual billing is available with a discount. Switch to annual billing from your billing page.
Managing Your Subscription
Upgrading
Go to Dashboard → Billing and click Upgrade. Choose your new plan and complete checkout. Your upgrade takes effect immediately.
- You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle
- All features of the new plan are available instantly
- Existing data and settings are preserved
Downgrading
Contact support to downgrade your plan. If your current usage exceeds the lower plan's limits, you'll need to reduce your agents, team members, or storage first.
Message Add-Ons
Need more messages without upgrading your plan? Purchase message add-ons:
- 1,000 messages for $9 — one-time purchase
- Messages are added to your current month's quota
- Add-on messages don't roll over to the next month
Purchase add-ons from the Billing page in your dashboard.
Usage Tracking
Monitor your consumption from the Usage page:
- Messages used vs. plan quota
- Current billing period
- Days remaining in the cycle
- Historical usage trends
