Invoices and payment history
See every payment you made to Fetchply, download a PDF invoice for each one, and add your company name, address, and tax ID to your invoices.
Open Plan & billing from the main dashboard and select the Invoices tab. You see every payment you made to Fetchply for plans and add-ons, newest first, with its date, what it was for, its status, and the amount. Select PDF next to a payment to download its invoice. On a phone, the download button shows only a download icon.
The list shows your 12 most recent payments. Select Show all below the list to see the rest.
What an invoice shows
- Invoice number. It starts with FP- and stays the same every time you download the invoice, so you can quote it to your accounts team or to us.
- Dates. The date of the payment, shown in your own time zone.
- What you paid for. Your plan and its billing period, or the add-on pack you bought.
- Amounts. The price, any discount, tax, the total you paid, and any refund.
- Billed to. Your name and email from checkout, plus the company details you add on the Invoices tab.
Payments are processed by Creem, our payment partner, which is the seller of record for each purchase. Creem collects any sales tax or VAT shown on the invoice, and your bank or card statement shows the charge from Creem.
Add your company details
Under Invoice details on the Invoices tab:
- Enter your Company name. Leave it empty to be billed as a person.
- Enter your Billing address, written the way it should appear on the invoice, on up to six lines.
- Enter your Tax ID, such as your VAT or GST number. It can use letters, numbers, spaces, dots, dashes, and slashes.
- Check the Billed to preview, then select Save details.
Your details appear on every invoice you download from then on, including invoices for payments you made before you saved them. To change something, edit the field and save again; select Discard to undo changes you have not saved. Invoice details appears once you have made your first payment.
Payment statuses
- Paid: the payment went through.
- Partly refunded: part of the payment was refunded. The invoice shows the refunded amount and what you paid after it.
- Refunded: the whole payment was refunded.
- Charged back: the payment was disputed with your bank and returned.
Who can see invoices
Only the account that made a payment sees its invoices. Teammates you invite see the billing of their own account, not yours. To give a colleague or an accountant a copy, download the PDF and send it to them.
Shopify and partner accounts
If you pay through the Shopify app, Shopify bills you for your plan and store packs. You can find those invoices in your Shopify admin under Settings → Billing, or select Manage in Shopify on the Invoices tab. Any payments you made to Fetchply directly still appear in the list.
If a partner manages your account, your partner bills you. Ask them for those invoices.
Troubleshooting
A payment I just made is not in the list. Payments usually appear within a few seconds of checkout. Refresh the page. If the payment is still missing after a few minutes, contact support with its date and amount.
The list says some payments may be missing. We could not reach our payment provider when the list loaded. The payments shown are correct. Open the Invoices tab again in a few minutes to load the rest.
A payment from an earlier subscription is missing. If you cancelled a plan and started a new subscription before the Invoices tab was added in October 2026, payments from the first subscription may not be listed. Contact support with the date and amount and we will send you the invoice. Creem also emails you after each payment, with a link to your orders.
The download does not start. Check your connection and select PDF again. If you see "Too many downloads. Try again in a minute.", wait a minute and try again. If the invoice still will not download, contact support with its invoice number.
I changed plans and the invoice shows a smaller amount. When you change plans in the middle of a billing period, you pay only the difference for the rest of that period. That payment's invoice shows the smaller amount you were charged.
The amount on my bank statement is different. Your bank may convert the charge from the invoice's currency into your own, so the amount on your statement can differ slightly.
I need a different name or email on my invoice. The name and email are the ones entered at checkout. Your company name, address, and tax ID from Invoice details are shown with them. Contact support if the name or email itself must change.
Saving my details fails with a message under a field. Each message says what to fix, such as a company name over 120 characters, an address over six lines, or a character a tax ID cannot contain. Correct the field and select Save details again.
