Referral rewards

How rewards work

There is one simple rule:

1. Share your referral link with a friend.
2. Your friend creates their account by signing in with Google or Facebook using your link.
3. When your friend subscribes to any paid plan, both of you receive 250 bonus messages automatically.

A few details to keep in mind:

• Only sign-ups made with Google or Facebook qualify. If your friend signs up with an email address and password, the referral does not count.
• The reward is granted when your friend's paid subscription starts. Free accounts and trials do not trigger the reward on their own; the reward arrives with the first successful payment.
• Each person can be referred once. The first referral link they use is the one that counts.
• Referral rewards are capped at 2,500 bonus messages per calendar month for each account. The allowance resets at the start of every month.

Rewards are bonus messages, not cash. They cannot replace subscription payment and can be reversed when the underlying event is invalidated.

Troubleshooting

• My friend signed up but I did not get messages. Rewards arrive only after your friend subscribes to a paid plan, and only if they signed up with Google or Facebook through your link. Check the history table on the Referrals page: a "pending" entry means the sign-up was recorded and the reward is waiting for their paid subscription.
• My friend signed up with email and password. Email sign-ups do not qualify. The referral is not recorded and cannot be added afterwards.
• My friend started a free trial. Trials do not grant the reward. It is granted automatically when their first payment completes.
• The entry shows "rejected". The sign-up did not pass our fairness checks (for example, repeated sign-ups from the same device or network). Rejected referrals do not earn rewards.
• I reached the monthly cap. Rewards above 2,500 messages in a calendar month are not granted. Your allowance resets the following month.
• My friend used someone else's link too. Only the first recorded referral counts, so a later link cannot replace it.

Use the history table to confirm a reward before promising it to a teammate or customer. Contact support with the referral account and date, never with passwords or payment credentials.
