Agents Overview

Learn how AI agents work in Fetchply — each agent is trained on your content and can answer visitor questions.

What Is an Agent?

An agent is a Fetchply AI assistant trained on your content. Each agent has its own:

  • Knowledge base — website pages, uploaded files, and Q&A pairs
  • Configuration — name, personality, system prompt, and behavior settings
  • Widget — a customizable chat bubble you embed on your site
  • Conversations — a full history of every chat with visitors
  • Analytics — message counts, popular topics, and engagement metrics

You can create multiple agents for different purposes — a support bot for your help center, a sales assistant for your product pages, or an internal knowledge bot for your team.

Managing Your Agents

From the dashboard, you can see all your agents at a glance. Each agent card shows its name, status, and recent activity.
