Agents
Understand what belongs to each Fetchply agent and how to create, configure, test, pause, or remove one.
An agent is the main container for knowledge, instructions, widget settings, conversations, integrations, analytics, leads, and Guided Flows.
Each agent is isolated. A source, function, or channel connected to one agent is not automatically shared with another.

Agent lifecycle
- Enabled agents can serve chat when installed or connected to a channel.
- Disabled agents stop serving new AI replies until enabled again.
- Deleting an agent is permanent and affects its knowledge and associated data.
Before deleting an agent, remove or replace its widget snippet and confirm that no channel or store still points to it.
The number of agents you can create depends on your plan.
