Where Settings Live
Most agent settings are in two places:
- Widget Customizer — colors, icons, launcher, splash screen, and AI behavior (with live preview)
- Settings — starter questions, webhooks, email alerts, branding, agent status, and delete
All settings save automatically after a short pause — there is no save button.
Only the organization owner can delete an agent. Team members need the chatbot.edit permission to change settings.
