Getting started is free — no credit card required. You can create up to 1 agent and send 150 messages per month on the Free plan.
Go to the Sign-Up Page
Visit fetchply.com/signup to create your account.
Choose Your Sign-Up Method
Enter your name, email address, and a strong password. Click Create Account.
You'll receive a verification email — click the link to confirm your address.
Click Continue with Google and authorize Fetchply. Your account is created instantly with no email verification needed.
Complete Onboarding
After signing in, you'll see the onboarding flow:
- Enter your website URL — this is the site your agent will be trained on
- Choose a name for your first agent
- Start training — Fetchply crawls your site and builds the knowledge base
Training usually takes 1–3 minutes depending on the size of your site.
You're In!
Once training completes, you're taken to your dashboard. From here you can:
- Test your agent with the built-in chat
- Customize the widget appearance
- Embed it on your website
Tip: You can skip onboarding and create agents manually from the dashboard later.
