Email Log
Review every email sent by Fetchply, inspect message contents, and troubleshoot delivery status.
The Email Log gives administrators a central audit trail of all emails generated by Fetchply. You can find it under Admin → Email Log.
Every outgoing message — including login verification codes, welcome emails, agent training notifications, billing alerts, customer chat transcripts, custom announcements, and automated lifecycle flows — is recorded here.

- Sent by: Shows whether the message was triggered automatically by Fetchply or sent by a specific administrator.
- Status: Indicates whether delivery was successful (

Troubleshooting
An email shows as Failed
Open the email from the list and review the error message. Common causes include misspelled email addresses, full mailboxes, or temporary rejections by the recipient's mail provider. Once the underlying issue is resolved with the user, you can re-trigger the action (such as sending a new verification code or resending a custom email).
A user says they did not receive their email
- Search for the user's email address in the Email Log.
- If the email appears with a
Sentstatus, confirm the exact recipient address matches. Ask the user to check their spam or junk folder, or search their inbox for the sender name. - If no email appears in the log, the action may not have completed or the user may have entered a different email address during signup or verification.
