Email Summaries — Daily, Weekly & Monthly Recaps
Get automatic email recaps of how your free AI chatbots are performing. Choose daily, weekly, or monthly summaries with conversations, leads, CSAT, and top questions per agent.
What Email Summaries Are
Email summaries are automatic recaps of how your agents performed over a period of time. Fetchply rolls up your activity and sends you a single email so you can see what happened without opening the dashboard.
There are three summaries, and each one can be turned on or off on its own:

Weekly and monthly summaries are on by default. The daily summary is off by default so you're not over-emailed — turn it on if you want a morning recap.
Turning Summaries On or Off
Go to Dashboard → Agent → Settings → Email alerts. Each summary has its own toggle:
- Daily summary
- Weekly summary
- Monthly summary
Changes save automatically. Your choice applies to the email address on your account.
Summaries are sent to the organization owner. If you have more than one agent, you receive a single combined email per period that covers all of them — not one email per agent.
What's In a Summary
Each email opens with a totals strip across all of your agents for that period, then breaks the numbers down per agent.
When Summaries Arrive
- Daily lands mid-morning and covers the day before.
- Weekly arrives at the start of a new week and covers the previous Monday–Sunday week.
- Monthly arrives at the start of a new month and covers the previous calendar month.
All periods are calculated in UTC, so the day, week, and month boundaries are the same no matter where you are.
Good to Know
- Quiet periods are skipped. If none of your agents had any activity during a period, no summary is sent for it — you only hear from us when there's something to report.
- No duplicates, no catch-up floods. Each summary is sent at most once per period. If the system was briefly unavailable, you won't get a backlog of old summaries — only the most recent period is delivered.
- One email, every agent. A single summary covers your whole organization, grouped by agent.
Email summaries are separate from the per-event email alerts (like "New lead captured" or "Agent training complete"). You can run both — alerts for real-time events, summaries for the periodic recap. Manage everything in the same Email alerts section.
