General agent settings

Enable or disable an agent, manage email alerts and branding, inspect integration status, and use the danger zone safely.

Open the selected agent and choose Settings. You need settings.manage to change protected settings.

Status

Use the agent status control to enable or disable serving. Disabling is reversible and is safer than deletion when you only need a temporary stop.

Email alerts

Choose the events that should email your account address. Available switches can include new conversations, handoffs, assignments, training, team, billing, integration, lead, and quota events.

Voice replies

Choose the longest voice message a teammate can record when replying from the Inbox. Pick one of the common lengths, or use the slider for anything between 15 seconds and 5 minutes. The default is 2 minutes, and the limit applies to Widget, WhatsApp, and Instagram replies for this agent. Select the small i next to Maximum length to see what the limit affects.

Branding

Pro and Business can remove the Powered by Fetchply badge. Widget colors, content, and icons live in Widget → Appearance, and model, instructions, and blocking live in Widget → AI rules.

Integration status

The settings page can summarize connected systems. Use the dedicated Integrations pages to connect, test, reconnect, or disconnect them.

Commerce

The Commerce switch now lives on the agent's Integrations page, on the Commerce integration. See Commerce for how to turn it on and what it adds.

Danger zone

Deleting an agent is permanent. Before deletion, replace its widget code, disconnect external channels, export allowed records, and confirm that teammates no longer need the data.
