How Integrations Work
Every integration follows the same pattern:
- Connect — authenticate via OAuth or API keys
- Route messages — incoming messages from the platform are sent to your agent
- AI response — your agent uses the same RAG pipeline (knowledge search → AI generation) as the website widget
- Reply — the response is sent back through the originating platform
All conversations from all channels appear in a unified view in your dashboard.
