Availability
WhatsApp, Instagram, Slack, Shopify, and WooCommerce integrations are available on all Fetchply plans. Custom functions are available on Starter and higher plans. Plans differ in message limits, training size, team seats, and other capacity limits — not in which integrations you can use.
Integrations are set up per-agent. Each agent can have its own set of connected channels and platforms.
