Integrations and channels
Connect lead capture, automation, messaging channels, spreadsheets, and commerce systems to a Fetchply agent.
Open an agent and select Integrations in the side menu, then All integrations to see everything you can connect. Custom functions sits in the same menu. Connections are agent-specific, and most require permission to manage integrations or settings.
Integrations used to live inside Settings. Older links and saved bookmarks still open the right page.
Lead capture
Collect visitor details with a deterministic form.
Guided Flows
Serve visual, branching conversations on the widget, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
Google Sheets
Write selected visitor and order details to a sheet.
WhatsApp Business
Answer WhatsApp messages with the selected agent.
Respond to supported Instagram interactions.

Answer mentions and DMs or forward Fetchply notifications.
Email replies
Reply to offline customers by email and get answers back in the inbox.
Commerce
Sell your own products with a built-in catalog and order desk.
Shopify
Add product search, order lookup, and storefront chat.
WooCommerce
Connect store credentials for products and orders.
Functions
Call your public HTTPS API during a chat.
Webhooks
Send Fetchply events to an external system.
Disconnect behavior matters. A user-initiated disconnect revokes and removes stored credentials. Reconnect the same agent if you want to restore service.
Channel and commerce integrations are available across plans. Functions, webhooks, exports, and scale limits can still require a paid plan.
