Connect Google Sheets
Authorize Google, select a spreadsheet, test access, and control which agent activity creates rows.
Connect Google
Open Integrations → Google Sheets, select Connect Google, and approve access with the account that owns or can edit the destination sheet.
Choose a sheet
Paste the Google Sheet URL or ID. Test the connection before saving.
Configure saved activity
Turn on Save orders & important messages when desired. A blank setup can use columns such as Timestamp, Name, Email, Phone, Product, and Message.
Customize fields
Map or add the supported columns shown in the app. Keep headers stable after the connection is active.
Verify a row
Trigger a qualifying test conversation and confirm the expected values appear once, in the correct sheet.
If access expires or the sheet is moved, reconnect Google and test again. Disconnecting revokes the connection and removes stored tokens from Fetchply.
