Shopify Chatbot — Free AI Agent for Your Shopify Store

What It Does
Once connected, your agent can answer order status questions, help visitors find products, and respond to store policy inquiries — all through your chat widget, using your Shopify store's live data.
Connect Your Store
The fastest way to connect is automatic: you only need your store name.
Open the Shopify integration page
Go to Dashboard → Agent → Settings → Integrations → Shopify.
Enter your store name
Type your store name (for example, your-store).
Approve on Shopify
Click Connect with Shopify and approve read-only access to your products, orders, and store policies. You return to Fetchply already connected, and your store policies are imported automatically.
Prefer to use your own custom app? Open Connect with API credentials (Advanced) under the connect form and enter your custom app details. The agent works the same way either way.
What Your Agent Can Do
Managing Your Connection
After connecting, the integration page shows:
- Connection status — whether your store is connected and active
- Store name — the Shopify store linked to this agent
- Capability toggles — turn order lookup and product search on or off
- Store policies — edit your policy content at any time
If your connection gets disconnected (for example, if you uninstall Fetchply from your Shopify admin), you can reconnect from the same page.
Security
- Fetchply requests read-only access — it can view your products and orders but never changes anything
- Your access credentials are stored securely and encrypted
- If you uninstall Fetchply from your Shopify store, the connection is automatically removed
Shopify integration is available on all Fetchply plans. Automatic connect works on any Shopify plan — no developer setup is needed.
