Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using Fetchply. Our goal is to ensure all users have a safe, reliable, and positive experience.

You may not use Fetchply to create chatbots that serve or promote:

• Illegal content or activities in any jurisdiction
• Harassment, bullying, or threats of violence
• Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Content that endangers minors
• Malware, phishing, or social engineering attacks
• Misinformation or disinformation intended to deceive
• Spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

You may not:

• Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or authentication
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service for purposes other than creating your chatbot
• Use automated tools to abuse the Service
• Create chatbots that impersonate real people or organizations without consent
• Use the chatbot to collect personal data without informing visitors and obtaining consent
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Crawl websites you do not own or have documented permission to use

When deploying chatbots powered by Fetchply:

• Transparency:Visitors should be aware they're interacting with an AI, not a human
• Accuracy: You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of AI responses for your use case
• Limitations: Do not use AI chatbots for medical advice, legal counsel, financial decisions, or other high-stakes domains without proper disclaimers
• Data handling: If you enable lead capture, ensure you comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

Each plan has defined limits for messages, chatbots, and indexed pages. Attempting to circumvent these limits is a violation of this AUP. If you need higher limits, please upgrade your plan or contact us.

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Warning and request to remedy the violation
• Temporary suspension of your account
• Permanent termination of your account
• Removal of violating content or chatbots

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except in cases of severe or imminent harm.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP, please report it to abuse@fetchply.com with relevant details.

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service.
