Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help us provide a better experience by remembering your preferences and keeping you signed in. This policy explains what cookies we use, why, and how you can control them in compliance with the GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, and other applicable regulations.
When you first visit Fetchply, you will see a cookie consent banner. You can choose to accept all cookies or allow only essential cookies. You can change your preferences at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site, which will display the consent banner again.
Essential cookies do not require consent as they are strictly necessary for the Service to function. Analytics cookies are only activated after you give explicit consent.
These cookies are necessary for the Service to function. They handle authentication, session management, and security. These are set under the legal basis of "contract performance" and cannot be disabled.

| _fbp | Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures the effectiveness of our ads (set only after you consent to analytics/marketing) | 90 days |
We use PostHog for privacy-conscious product analytics to understand how people use our platform — for example, which pages are visited and which features are used. Depending on your choice in the cookie banner, PostHog may set first-party cookies and use local storage.
We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising — for example, to know when a visit from one of our Facebook or Instagram ads leads to a sign-up. Until you consent, the pixel runs in a limited, cookieless mode; it only sets cookies (such as _fbp) and shares data with Meta after you select "Accept All". If you choose "Essential Only" we do not enable analytics or marketing tracking.
The Fetchply chat widget embedded on your website uses minimal local storage to maintain conversation sessions. No personally identifiable information is stored on the visitor's device beyond a randomly generated session ID. As a chatbot owner embedding our widget, you should inform your visitors about this in your own cookie/privacy policy.
When you consent to analytics and marketing, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which may set first-party cookies and share measurement data with Meta Platforms, Inc. so we can understand how our ads perform. Our product analytics provider (PostHog) may also set first-party cookies when you consent. We do not enable these until you select "Accept All", and you can withdraw consent at any time. Any third-party services we use (authentication, analytics, advertising, payments) operate under data processing agreements.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the Service from functioning correctly. To manage cookies:
You can also delete all cookies from your browser at any time. This will reset your cookie consent preference and the banner will appear again on your next visit.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will display the cookie consent banner again if we make material changes to how we use cookies.
