This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made on Fetchply ("the Service"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
Refunds are available only to new users and only when requested within 14 days of the original purchase date. To qualify, the request must relate to a first-time subscription purchase and the Service must not have been used in a way that materially exceeds normal evaluation use.
To request a refund, contact hello@fetchply.com with the email address used for purchase and the order details. We aim to review and respond to refund requests within a reasonable time.
Refunds are not available:
If you installed Fetchply through the Shopify App Store, your subscription and add-on charges are billed through Shopify Billing and appear on your regular Shopify invoice. Refunds for those charges are subject to this policy and are processed in accordance with Shopify Billing.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your country. If you are in the European Economic Area, statutory rights granted to you by law continue to apply regardless of the terms above.
