Branding is automatic first and manual second. Fetchply extracts brand colors from your favicon to get a matching widget out of the box, then lets you override colors, icons, welcome content, and up to six starter questions. Dynamic follow-up suggestions keep the conversation moving, and a citations toggle shows customers where each answer came from.
The widget is also programmable. Any element on your page can open the chat or send a prepared message through simple data attributes, which turns buttons, links, and pricing rows into conversation starters.
