You decide what creates a row. Captured leads can sync automatically, and turning on order and important-message saving lets the agent record order requests, complaints, and follow-up asks. Columns like Timestamp, Name, Email, Phone, Product, and Message are mappable, and your headers stay in your hands.
The agent only ever appends. It never reads your sheet, never edits existing rows, and disconnecting revokes access and removes the stored tokens from Fetchply.

No. The integration is append-only. The agent adds rows and never reads, edits, or deletes existing data.
What counts as an important message?
Things the owner should act on: a customer confirming an order, asking to be contacted, making a complaint, or saying something that needs follow-up. You control whether this saving is on at all.
What happens if I rename my column headers?
Keep headers stable after connecting. If the sheet is changed or moved, reconnect Google, run the test again, and rows resume appending.
What happens when my Google access expires?
