Overview
Most support questions have already been answered somewhere: a product page, a policy document, a help article. Fetchply turns that existing content into a knowledge base the agent draws from, instead of improvising answers from a general-purpose model.
Website training starts from your sitemap. Fetchply discovers pages, lets you select exactly which ones to include, and reports the status of every URL. Files, pasted text snippets, and exact question-and-answer pairs called Instant Answers round out the knowledge, and Instant Answers can carry attached images, audio, or video.
Because Instant Answers are exact matches you wrote yourself, serving one does not use your monthly AI-message allowance. Frequently asked questions become free to answer, and the AI budget is saved for genuinely new questions.
How it works
- 1
Add your sources
Crawl your website with sitemap discovery and per-page selection, upload files, paste text snippets, and write exact Q&A pairs.
- 2
Train the agent
Fetchply extracts the readable text from every source and indexes it. Each page and file shows its own training status.
- 3
Test before you publish
Ask the agent real customer questions in the dashboard and review where each answer came from.
- 4
Publish everywhere
The same knowledge powers the website widget, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Slack, so every channel gives the same answer.

Frequently asked questions
What happens when the agent does not know the answer?
It says so instead of guessing, and can hand the conversation to your team. You will also see the question in the unanswered-queries report so you can add the missing content.
How do I keep answers current when my site changes?
Retrain changed sources manually at any time, or enable scheduled automatic retraining on Pro and Business plans. The agent keeps serving existing answers while retraining runs.
Why did some of my pages fail to train?
Pages need readable text. Login-protected pages, pages blocked by robots rules, and pages that render only with JavaScript can fail extraction, and pages with fewer than about ten words are rejected. Each URL shows its status so you can see exactly which ones need attention.
Can I control the tone of the answers?
Yes. Instruction presets shape how the agent speaks, and you choose which AI model it uses from the models available on your plan.
