We wanted something that could answer customer questions without adding more work for our team. Fetchply was easy to set up and started working with our Shopify store pretty quickly.
It’s a practical app for stores that want faster support and a better shopping experience.
Setup, control, channels, pricing, and privacy. Open a question or ask the live Fetchply assistant for more detail.
Fetchply gives every customer question the right path. Repeat questions can receive approved Instant Answers, predictable requests can follow Guided Flows, open questions can use your business knowledge, and complex conversations can reach your team.
Launch one assistant for approved answers, guided journeys, knowledge-based help, and human handoff—without forcing every request through AI.
Add the Fetchply bot to your server and any member can ask a question with /ask and get an answer from your agent’s knowledge, posted right in the channel.
Free plan · 200 AI messages a month · No credit card
In short
Train your Fetchply agent, open Integrations and Discord, select Add to Discord, choose a server where you have the Manage Server permission and approve, then type /ask in a channel, enter a question, and confirm the answer.
What you'll do
Step by step
Discord reuses the same knowledge as your other channels, so confirm the agent answers your common questions well before you connect the server.
Open Integrations, then Discord, and select Add to Discord. Choose the server and approve the requested permissions. Only servers where you have Manage Server appear in the list.
In any channel of the connected server, type /ask, pick the command from the picker, enter a question, and send it.
Check that the reply comes from your agent’s knowledge and posts in the channel as a reply to the question.
Anyone in the server can use /ask in channels where the bot is available, so announce it where members ask the most questions.
Good to know: Answers posted in a channel are public; replies your team sends from the inbox arrive as private DMs from the bot.
FAQs
No. The bot answers only through the /ask command; it does not reply to regular messages, mentions, or unsolicited DMs, so it never talks over your community.
No. Each agent connects to one server, and connecting a server that another agent uses moves it: the previous agent’s connection is removed.
Yes, each answered /ask question counts as one message in your monthly plan, and asking the same question twice counts twice.
Inbox replies reach members as private DMs from the bot, so the member’s Discord privacy settings must allow DMs, and they must have asked at least one /ask question first.
The free plan includes one agent and 200 AI messages a month, so you can follow this guide end to end before paying anything.
Add the Fetchply app to your workspace so it answers questions in channels and DMs, and forwards the events your team should not miss.
