Launch one assistant for approved answers, guided journeys, knowledge-based help, and human handoff—without forcing every request through AI.
Connect your store in one click with the WordPress plugin, or with WooCommerce REST API keys, and let the assistant answer product and order questions from chat.

In short
Create a Fetchply agent, connect your store with the Fetchply WordPress plugin (one click) or via Integrations and WooCommerce with REST API keys, enable Order lookup and Product recommendations, then publish the chat widget and test.
What you'll do
Step by step
Sign up for Fetchply and create an agent, adding your website as the first training source so the assistant knows your store content before it meets customers.
The Fetchply WordPress plugin connects WooCommerce in one click, with no API keys to create or copy. This is the easiest path if you run your own WordPress site.
In WordPress, open the WooCommerce REST API settings and create credentials. Then open Integrations, choose WooCommerce, and enter your HTTPS store URL, consumer key, and consumer secret.
Good to know: The key and secret are shown once. Keep them out of chat messages, screenshots, and shared documents.
Enable Order lookup and Product recommendations as needed, and review the currency, product category, and draft-product settings so answers match your storefront.
Add the widget through the WordPress plugin, or copy the script from Deploy and place it before the closing body tag of your site.
Search for a real public product and look up a controlled test order. Confirm the assistant asks for verification and never reveals an order from the order number alone.
FAQs
No. For WooCommerce connections, order lookup by email is off by default; you can enable it in the integration settings. Email-only answers never include street addresses, customer names, or order notes.
Not unless you turn on Include draft products, which is off by default. Draft product links only open for logged-in store staff, so most stores should leave this off.
Reconnect the integration with the new URL or credentials, then repeat the product search and order lookup tests so you know both still work.
The free plan includes one agent and 200 AI messages a month, so you can follow this guide end to end before paying anything.
